Clausus automatically detects your hardware and selects the best AI model for your machine. More powerful hardware runs larger models locally for faster results. On lighter machines, Clausus uses smaller local models supplemented by encrypted cloud processing — so every user gets the same quality experience regardless of their setup. All cloud requests are encrypted and ephemeral — no data is stored.
The Individual plan is per device — one subscription covers one machine. Enterprise pricing is per seat (per user), with a minimum of 10 seats. Enterprise users connect to a shared server, so the per-seat model makes more sense for teams.
Yes, you can upgrade to Enterprise or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your documents, generated files, and conversation history remain exactly where they are. You can export everything at any time. There is no vendor lock-in.
Enterprise customers can choose from: (1) Cloud VM — run Clausus Server on your existing Azure, AWS, or GCP account, (2) On-premise — run on your own hardware within your network, (3) Clausus Box — a pre-configured hardware appliance we ship to you, or (4) Partner deployment via hardware vendors. All options keep data within your chosen environment.
Yes. The annual Individual plan is AED 799/year (~$218 USD) — saving AED 389 compared to monthly billing. That's roughly 2 months free. Enterprise annual billing also includes 2 months free.
